By reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction the absence of micro-RNA in the peptide complexes of renal cortex and thigh muscles has been detected. It has been determined for the first time that the maximum secretion level of the peptide complex is observed in renal tissues with its entry into the renal blood flow. It is shown that peptide complexes of kidney and thigh muscles after secretion reside not only in tissues where they have been formed, but also enter the systemic circulatory system, and this fact is confirmed by their identification in aortic blood. The external and intracellular localization of the renal peptide complex in the epithelial tissue of proximal and distal tubules predominantly of the kidney cortical layer and on the surface of renal vessels endotheliocyte have been defined by immunohistochemistry on the renal tissue sections for the first time. It has been suggested that the nonspecific physiological activity of the renal peptide complex is directed at peripheral blood indicators and liver function, which is a manifestation of its nonspecific action at the level of the whole organism, and may depend upon the possibility of peptide substances entry into the systemic circulatory system and their remote influence.
