By a variation of a nominal thickness of a film, from 40 to 6 nanometers, and annealing temperature, from 250 to 550оС, nanoisland ensembles have been obtained of different size and surface density. Measurement of spectral dependences of optical reflection and transsmission of such nanostructures on frequency of a plasmon maximum have allowed to establish absorption from the average nanoisland size. Thus, at the given stage of performance of the project, substrates for huge enhancement of Raman scattering from organic molecular layers and inorganic clusters, deposited onto the laterally ordered gold and silver islands with the geometrical sizes which provide frequency of a plason resonance in spectral area from 400 to 800 nanometers are created. Preliminary research also done on optical and SERS properties of colloidal metal nanoparticles in the specified spectral range.
