The estimation of possibilities of use of renewed energy was given: the analysis on economy branches, in social sphere, in regional aspect, an estimation of prospects of power savings in Crimea: on branches of an economy and regions. Ecologic-social and economic zoning of Crimea, the offer on nature management perfection were carry out. The analysis of strategic development of region was carried out at use of 5 %, 10 % and 30 % of renewed energy in the general energy budget. Optimum systems of housekeeping and nature management in each region with different proportions of use of territory and different kinds of energy, raw, ground and water resources were found out.
