We have found high efficiency of proposed therapy, confirmed by trusted clinical manifestations and decrease of the frequency of environmental maladjustment and xenogeny intoxication syndromes, increased activity of alcohol dehydrogenase, glutathione transferase, N- acetyl transferase and ?1-antitripsinu in the blood of most of the children surveyed, the decrease of the children's sensibility to salts of heavy metals and strontium, normalization of indicators of humeral immunity and of type of child's organism adaptation reactions on xenobiotics and normalization of calcium levels in the blood and urine in the majority of children who have been held over the course of therapy for 3 years. We have proven the efficacy of therapy respecting the processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids, tissue hypoxia, membrane-destruction and excretion of the oxalates, phosphates and urates in the body in main mass of surveyed again children from chemically contaminated areas and among half of the children from the radiation contaminated areas. We have shown the resistance to membrane-protective and anty-hypoxant therapy of proximal changes at nephron departments and their glomerular apparatus. The resistance was more expressed among children from radiological contaminated area, and it requires more lengthy repeated preventive and curative courses at environmentally disadvantaged regions. It is proved that the studied indicators of body's individual sensitivity to xenobiotics are appropriate to use for the purpose of forecasting and early diagnosis of ecological-determined diseases among children from contaminated areas, and for monitoring the efficiency of its medical correction.
