The work purpose - timely detection of changes of a condition of the earths and properties of soils, estimations of realisation of actions for protection of the earths, savings and reproduction of fertility of soils, the prevention of development of negative processes and liquidation of consequences of their influences. Agrochemical certification of the earths of agricultural appointment was carried out according to the confirmed methodical recommendations and standard documents. Soil-agrochemical researches were spent according to effective ГОСТам, ДСТУ and to techniques. Agrochemical certification has been spent in 25 areas of Ukraine on the area of 26248,5 thousand in hectare. It has been selected 2796,4 thousand samples of soil, it is made by 13079,5 thousand analyses, it is made 475,703 thousand piece of passports. The received results of supervision about a condition of soils on the agricultural purpose earths are brought in an information database of the centre. The complex analysis of an agroecological situation, estimation and the forecast of possible changes of a condition of fertility of soils, taking into account natural and anthropogenous factors are carried out, scientific recommendations and the certain actions which carrying out in modern conditions of housekeeping can provide preservation of fertility of soils are developed.
