It is shown that in the case of two-dimensional system the diffusion coefficient can be negative. The value of the diffusion coefficient is obtained. A theory of electron-phonon energy exchange in metal nanoparticles is developed. It is shown that electron-lattice energy exchange vanishes in the case of very small nanoparticles. There is an oscillatory size dependence of the energy exchange if it is available. A theory of entangled photons propagation in the turbulent atmosphere is developed. It is shown that the coherent properties of this radiation are well preserved in the case of long-distance propagation.
