As a result of researches the new kind of a complex method of express train - diagnostics of an organism in-vivo is developed and experimentally approved. The developed technique of definition of effective thermal parameters of an organism and model of a temperature field in view of processes of self-control. The developed technique of revealing varikoz pathologies at early stages of their occurrence by an indirect method. As a result of experimental researches the new criterion, as a pathological marker of a functional condition of microvessels in norm is entered and at pathologies of a different level. New structures of means of the control through a leather pressure of oxygen in hypodermic fabrics with the expanded opportunities are synthesized. The expediency of introduction in medical practice of a complex method through a leather express train - diagnostics with use of modern means remote measurement of temperature and measurement of oxygen through a leather measurement of oxygen is offered and proved, that enables to reduce the necessary quantity of units the equipment for x-ray diagnostics the equipment at maintenance of available quantity of radiological researches, to optimize loadings as on the equipment so on patients and the medical personnel, to reduce charges on account materials and to provide fast inspection of a plenty of people in a mode of express train - diagnostics and the screening - control.
