A research purpose consists in the exposure of psychological factors terms and mechanisms of juvenile vandalism and bringing in of minor to the informal youths flows. Development of psychology-pedagogical methods and measures of prophylaxis and counteraction to vandalism in a juvenile environment and bringing in of minor to the informal youths flows. Research methods: theoretical search with the purpose of analysis, comparison, classification and systematization of experimental information; empiric character; prognostics, in particular design; expert estimations. From year to year, almost with fatal conformity to the law, statistics in different countries, regardless of their political, economic and cultural situation, fixes growth of crimes, skilled as intentional elimination or damage of property, ways of report and transports vehicles, damage of religious buildings or cults houses desecration or elimination of religious sacred objects, outrage above state characters, by graves and others like that. Such crimes cause the special public resonance and just alarm of citizens. The problem of bringing in of minor to the informal youths flows deserves on intent attention. For the last ten years the problems of youths informal flows went out on that level, when society already turns on them attention. The destructive, aggressive and radical formings began to represent the serious threat for public rest. In a teaching-methodical manual general description of vandalism is exposed in a juvenile environment, principal reasons and reasons of destructive actions. Socially-psychological descriptions are reflected, criminologies of minor, inclined to vandalism. The socially-psychological features of informal youths flows are reflected. Generalized and basic types and orientation of informal youths flows are systematized in Ukraine. The features of psychology-pedagogical work are exposed with minor different types.
