Research objects are processes and facilities of biofuels production in accordance with operating normative documents. An aim of work is establishment of scientifically-reasonable structure of normative documentation which will allow putting right the effective, safe and high-quality production of biofuels in the conditions of agricultural sector of Ukraine. Certain requirements are certain researches to raw material, biofuels and equipment for the production of biological kinds of fuel; creation of technical committee of standardization of biological types of fuel is reasonable. The results of study will find introduction in agricultural sector of Ukraine at creation of modern bioenergy complexes.
