The basic requirements to methodology of evaluation of pollution by transport flows of wayside environment are certain. Methodology of evaluation of ingredient and parametric pollution of wayside environment by system "transport flow - road" taking into account the structure of transport flow, modes of motion, travelling and atmospheric conditions is worked out. Methodology allows to determine mass emissions and concentration of basic harmful substances in mid air and to soil, and also level of noise contamination of wayside environment by transport flows.
