The purpose of research is findings-out of an opportunity of exchange reactions between oxide admixtures and alloying additives at elevated temperatures. An fact of fluorination of MgO and sulfuration of ZnO under action of additives with transformation into less active forms (compound) is established, that should positively affect the quality of corresponding film-forming materials and to improve optical and operational properties of obtained from them thin-film coatings.
