PCR-diagnostic method was improved by the attraction of additional amplification stage and primers, that allow to rise its sensitivity and specificity. The conducting comparative study of the laboratory diagnostic methods is demonstrated that complex of the different laboratory diagnostic tests needs for effective diagnostic.
