Research objective - rising of efficiency of therapy and preventive maintenance of relapses of serious forms of psoriasis taking into account features of clinical implications and a disease current. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, microbiological, radial, statistical. The original complex method of therapy patients with serious forms of psoriasis, in particular a pustular psoriasis, exudative forms of disease, psoriasis erythrosis and arthropathic psoriasis, taking into account clinical implications, disease severity level is developed. At acute disease implications, a serious torpid current in complex treatment used methotrexate, cyclosporine that promoted oppression of inflammatory processes of connecting tissue, depression of severity level of disease, expression of clinical implications during an exacerbation, to remission prolongation. It is proved that uses of leflunomide leads to reduction of total objective signs by 77,6 % and objective signs on 82,8 % concerning an articulate syndrome and reduces implications of dermal process (index PASI by 53,7 %) throughout four weeks. Features of remodelling of osteal tissue at patients with arthropathic psoriasis are established. Including in complex therapy patients with arthropathic psoriasis with osteopenic syndrome miacalcic promoted: to rising of therapeutic efficiency on 14,1 %, to reduction of clinical signs of disease, cancellation of nonsteroid antiinflammatory preparations at 64,7 % of patients, and also to reduction of inflammatory processes in connecting tissue. Use of chondroprotectors in complex treatment patients with arthropathic psoriasis has taped authentic depression of the painful and articulate index, morning constraint, and also improvement of metabolism of collagen and sulfated glycosaminoglycans.
