Actuality of problem is conditioned that substantially changed requirement to quality of preparation of specialists. A hypothesis, based on that all of subdivisions of institute of higher must be interested in forming of humanitarian environment, is pulled out, at the leading role of departments of socially-humanitarian orientation, that supposes conditioning, which can positively influence on the professional level of future specialists, their creative self-realization, on perfection of their activity. Novelty: to prove that development of forms and methods of educational and educate work in the conditions of action of the developed humanitarian environment of institute of higher supposes realization of such project model of personality of technical specialist, on realization of which, as to the ultimate goal, all of educational process must be oriented. Efficiency: strengthening of humanitarian constituent is in the general culture of thought of students of technical institute of higher; providing of unity of teaching, education and development of personality; creation of adaptive educational environment and proper terms for growth of professional trade, moral, spiritual and physical development of future specialist; complex improvement of professional trade of teachers through mastering of innovative and experimental types of activity. The results of researches must be inculcated in an educational process and offered (through publications and appearances on scientific and methodical conferences) for approbation in other technical institutes of higher of Ukraine.
