The aim is the timely detection of changes in land condition and soil properties, evaluation of activities on land protection, conservation and reproduction of soil fertility, prevent exposure of negative processes and eliminate the consequences of this action. Agrochemical certification of agricultural land was held in accordance with approved guidelines and regulations. Soil and agrochemical studies were conducted according to current state standards, DSTU and techniques. Agrochemical certification for the period held in 16 districts of the region on an area 491.42 hectares. The results obtained observations on the state of soil on agricultural lands are included in the data base of the center. Conducted a comprehensive analysis of agro-ecological situation, assessment and prediction of possible changes in the state of soil fertility, taking into account natural and human factors, developed the scientific advice and identify those actions in the current economic conditions could ensure the preservation of soil fertility. The information received was delivered by the management of agricultural development of Volyn Regional State Administration for the timely response and to determine the composition and amount of immediate and long-term measures to protect the land and the amount and sources of resource support for execution of works to implement them.
