The object of the research is the study of strategic tasks, priorities, areas and the principal ways of modern education techniques development. The methods of the research aim to obtain scientific data about the logic of educational process, the effectiveness of teaching materials that are used, about the ways and techniques of educational process. The key methods which are employed in the defined scientific area are: to study the domestic and foreign positive experience (literary resources critical analysis); scientific observation; experiment; research study; experimental methods, etc. The conducted researches presuppose the formation of scientific, psychological, pedagogical knowledge, the creation of a number of innovative methodological systems and educational programs which are based on the achievements in the area of information technologies. The employment of the applied educational programs enables to significantly optimize the areas of pedagogical and methodological science, especially corresponding, open distant and electronic leaning, it also gives the possibility to classify and periodically divide these educational forms.
