Carbon nanomaterials were modified with Hal-, N- and S-containing substances and it was shown that systems obtained were able to be used as low-temperature heterogenic acid-base catalysts. Hydrogen sensor based on SnO2 with 3d-metal components (Сo, Ni, Fe and Cu), that is characterized by sensitivity and work stability on level of Pd-containing sensors, was created. Molecular magnetic nanomaterials were obtained and it was shown that exchange interaction between paramagnetic centers that had been caused by effective transfer of exchanging effects of organic N',N and N,О-bridging groups was realized. Using experimental and model methods local structure two- and tree-components Al alloys with 3d-metals and welding fluxes were investigated. Enthalpies of tree-component Al-Ni-Y(La, Ti, Zr) alloys mixture and two-component systems Al-Si(Ni, La, Y) at temperature 1770-1780 К were determined.
