The carried out experiments allow to ascertain, that the most effective compound is a matter with chlorine inserted into benzene ring in meta-position (code - AGB 31). Shifts of the AGB 31 pH does not influence considerably upon pharmacokinetic efficiency of the compound which is under test. Under intragastric introduction of AGB 31, moderate bioavailability of the matter is observed, with pike concentration in blood on the 2nd and 6th hours of the experiment, and more than 48 hours of semiejection. The obtained results allow to recommend a dosage-form development of AGB 31 in shape of drug for oral introduction, in order to carrying out clinical tests for antiepileptic activity and safety of AGB 31.
