It was shown, that in sufficiently viscous liquid the process of a new phase formation can be described by a system of the kinetic equations of the Becker-Doring form. The connection between desorption and adsorption coefficients of atoms or molecules of the dissolved substance by a new phase cluster was found. The numerical and approximate analytical calculation have shown, that the cumulative operation of simultaneous decrease of monomer concentration and their equilibrium concentration gives rise to the time interval, in which the rate of clusters nucleation was a maximum.
