Purpose is to estimate the features of the genetic structure of populations of pigs (Sus Scrofa) in the presence of anthropogenic interference with the use of selection-dependent DNA markers. Research Methods are Laboratory, Department of Mathematics and statistical analysis of gene polymorphisms. As a result of research work of the bank of DNA profiles of pigs from various regions of Ukraine. It is established that in areas with significant anthropogenic pressure (due to the Chernobyl accident) there is an increase in the frequency of B alleles that can be associated with an increased resistance of animals to the various factors of anthropogenic pressure. In addition, here are more common population of pigs in a state of genetic equilibrium disturbances in gene ESR, which is a manifestation of a significant deficit of heterozygotes and decrease their level of genetic diversity. There is considerable variability in frequency of genotypes as well as individual alleles of the gene IGF2, but this variability can not be described nor breed, nor territorial differences.
