Purpose is to estimate the features of the genetic structure of populations of pigs (Sus Scrofa) in the presence of anthropogenic interference with the use of selection-dependent DNA markers. There is considerable variability in frequency of genotypes as well as individual alleles of the gene IGF2, but this variability can not be described nor breed, nor territorial differences.
