The goal of the research is improvement of data accessing distribution of enterprise's personnel organization. The features of password authentication were analyzed and the scheme of the program module for the password authentication of "VIATEL" users based on cryptographic hashing were proposed. The requirements had been defined for hash constructions, according to which new hash constructions were developed. The requirements for cryptographic primitives were defined, using which cryptographic primitives were determined as ones to be used in the research. Reduction functions for hash construction implementation were proposed. Hashing methods were developed, which provide speed increasing of hashing. The fastest method of the developed ones had been theoretically determined and this was confirmed by the experiment results. A software module for users password authentication was developed as dynamic library in which the hash method been defined to be the best was integrated, by the means of the C++ programming language and Dev C ++ version 4.9.9.2 programming environment.
