Research objective - to study productivity of a dry malt-residue received at spirit production as albuminous forage in cash cows and a feeding joung growth of the large cattle. Procedure of researches - standard zootechnical, biochemical, economic, biometric. Rations with introduction of a dry malt-residue received are developed at production of spirit and also influence of their feeding on efficiency of cash cows and a joung growth of the large cattle on fattening is investigated. It is established: the feeding of a dry malt-residue received by production of spirit to cash cows as a part of rations in comparison with a pea forage promotes increase of dairy efficiency for the account большего fat contents on 0,1 % that supplies additional reception on the average 0,6 l of milk of base fatness every day; use of a dry malt-residue as a part of rations of a joung growth of the large cattle on fattening promotes increase of intensity of accretions of animals on 4,9 %, to decrease in expenses of feed units and a muddled protein on 1 kg of a gain on 4,1 % and 7,9 % accordingly.
