This paper has analyzed the existing of conseptual approaches to the organization of production of Ltd. "Novomoskovsk plant of metals and alloy". Investigation of possibilities of the functioning of organizational - economic mechanism based on the concept of Lean Production was conducted, and recommendations for the implementation of its methodology in of Ltd. "Novomoskovsk plant of metals and alloys" were submitted. The object of investigation is the system of functioning of infustrial enterprise. The purpose of this paper - studying existing of conceptual approaches to the organization production process in an industrial enterprise, as well as the identification of opportunities and ways to improve it. The study can be used by Ltd. "Novomoskovsk plant of metals and alloys".
