External factors, that make the greatest impact on the system of morality, may be called its control parameters. There are two groups of control parameters of morality: social and biological. It is proved, that morality is formed under the influence of various control parameters, and its unique structure is formed only by their interaction. It is essential, that the control parameters not impose a specific form of certain moral norms, but only contribute to its formation. The process of formation occurs by internal logic of the system of morality and therefore can it be called self-organization.
