It was shown that in HIV-infected people with DRB1 * 01, * 07, * 11 and rarely met alleles of the locus a decrease of VL and increase of СD4 during HAART is observed, whereas people with alleles DRB1 * 15 of the locus have higher risk of HAART failure. The cases of chronic НСV infection, pulmonary and extrapulmonary tuberculosis in HIV-infected people are seen more often in those with alleles DRВ1 * 01, * 07, * 11 of the locus. Chronic viral hepatitis B is developed more often in carriers of the allele DRВ1 * 01. It cannot be denied that HIV-infected people with DRВ1 * 01, * 03, * 04 loci have higher risk of neurological pathology development. Moreover, more favorable course of the diseases is observed at the presence of the DRВ1 * 01, * 04 loci of the alleles and less favorable course is seen in the carriers of DRB1 * 03 locus alleles during HAART.
