Purpose - Development of composition and technological parameters of ceramic pigments with different structures of silicates using granulated blast furnace slag. Methods: Physical and chemical methods of analysis (chemical, X-ray diffraction, differential thermal, infrared spectroscopy, optical colorimetric). With a set of physico-chemical studies of granulated blast furnace slag established the possibility of its use as a substitute for technically pure and natural raw materials in the synthesis of ceramic pigments wide color gamut. Developed warehouses and technological parameters of manufacturing low-temperature ceramic pigments with diopside structure (CaMgSi2O6), uvarovit (Ca3Cr2Si3O12) and malayait (CaSnSiO5), which provide a qualitative sklopokryttiv different purposes. Certain features of flow of physical and chemical processes in the synthesis of pigments slagcontained developed and established the relationship between their krystalphase composition and optical color indices. These pigments are different low cost, and for the quality parameters to the best domestic and international counterparts, made using technically pure materials.
