For the making of unside protective barriered shells the corrosion-resisting alloy of type AK9 is propose, but for exterior load-bearing shells - the high-strength alloy of type AK8M3. For the creation of bsmetallic balloons the method formation of barriered shell on inside steel wall of wessels is develope. For combined balloons the technology of creation barriered shells (for layervise walls) by receipt theirs in water-cooled metallic foundry-form with follow of directived the crystallizing of liguid metal and by method of return pressing-out of details type "glass" with the cast billets is propose, Created experimental form of small-dimensional layervise balloon of construction new with inside protective barriered shell with the alloy type AK9, middle force shell with the alloy type AK8M3, exterior load-bearing - with polymeric material. Such technical the solution allow reduce steel intesity of the construction , delete the diffusion of hydrogen trough wall of balloons, build up periode of exploitation theirs of secure hydrogen-storage under the pressure 2-10 MPa.
