On this basis, developed and implemented in a number of practical health informative diagnostic techniques and treatment regimens, which together can optimize the clinical course of disease, improve mental and social settings status, reducing the overall costs for treatment of pathological conditions. The results can be used in the practice of family physicians and physicians in antenatal clinics, obstetric, gynecological and hospital perinatal centers. The work has both theoretical and practical importance. Using the results can improve the organization of preventive, curative and rehabilitative links of obstetric care. For materials research secured nine theses for the scientific degree of kandidate of medical sciences, 4 theses for the degree of doctor of medical sciences. Three theses have been fulfilled for scientific degree of kandidate of medical sciences.
