Methods of research - immunologycal (IFA), method of gen-amplification (PCR), spectrophotometric, biochemical, coagulological, statistic. It is elaborated the technology of photodynamic inactivation of haemotransmissive virus in donor blood plasma. It is showed the absent of modification in fractional composition of blood plasma proteins by use different regimes of photodynamic method inactivation of haemotransmissive viruses in donor blood plasma. Insignificant modifications of functional properties of labile proteins of haemostasis system (factors V, VII, VIII, IX and XI) have not influence on the quality of donor blood plasma.
