Material and methods - воne marrow cells in 42 children with AA and in 78 children with MDS were done. There were used cytogenetic, morphological and histological methods. Results - hemopoietic cell karyotypes according clone structures were similar; the normal karyotype in АА and MDS were found in 43,0% and 43,6% сases, respectively. The basic mechamism of gemone rearrangement genetic materials were lost as monosomy and deletion. Only in MDS were detected trisomy chromosome 8, monosomy of chromosome 5 and 7, invertion inv(3)(q21q26), abnormalities of the short arm of chromosome 9 and the long arm of chromosome 11.
