Project aim is theoretical and experimental research and critical analysis of vibration and impact testing technology Research methods and equipment: this project represents theoretical and experimental research of regularity in exciting and distribution of vibration in electronic devices as tested on vibration stands in various ways, engaging speed video-shooting. That allowed to have found demerits in preparing such tests, seen imperfect structure of appliances attaching electronic devices to vibration stand and structures of the devices themselves and worked out ways to develop non-resonance units and nano-technological attachment methods. Project results: Completed survey of existing methods and means for vibration and impact testing electronic devices; Found causes of low-quality testing on vibration and impact; Theoretically and experimentally found relationships between vibration driven to places of attaching cases of electronic devices and components vibration; Developed method for speed video-shooting allowed to clearly see significantly higher vibration in functional boards and components mounted on them relatively to vibration of the stand. Originality It has first been developed and completed synchronous record of vibration data of the separated parts of vibration stand, appliances attaching devices for their vibration and impact testing, which indicated that flexibility of separate parts of appliance and devices themselves causes their vibration at some resonance frequencies 10 times exceeding vibration of the stand what entailed malfunction of electronic devices and sometimes mechanical destruction. It has first been developed the method for high-speed video-shooting vibration of serial onboard electronic unit, which allowed due to using stroboscope and then slow reviewing gathered data on computer to see vibration of separate boards, components, cases and others.
