Results of scientific research “Intellectual property rights protection in Ukraine: problems of the legislative providing and enforcement” found the reflection in 1134 scientific works, to basic from them belong –six monographs, two educational guidance, symposium of reports and articles, symposium of scientific researches “Intellectual property items.” (7-th issue), eight number of research and practice journal “Theory and practice of intellectual property” (2008-№ 3,5; 2009- № 2,4,6; 2010 - № 4,5; 2011 – № 5) and the report of scientific research results which includes suggestions and recommendations for improvement of current legislation in the intellectual property rights protection in Ukraine with an allowance for international and European approaches and standarts.
