The elaboration of ways of influence on structural transformations in the alloys of Ni-Mn-Ga and Ni-Mn-Sb systems was made. On an example of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys it has been proved that long annealing of samples (850?С 50h) leads to the essential narrowing of a hysteresis of martensitic transformations. The temperature hysteresis width ?T = 2 К has been reached. The influence of an additional alloying by the 4-th and 5-th element was considered. Considering that magnetocaloric materials should be economically accessible, i.e., they haven't been involve expensive and scarce components, system Ni-Mn-Sb alloys, as most economically the comprehensible have been chosen. The alloying of this system cobalt and silicon leads to the narrowing of a temperature hysteresis of structural transformation, without changing size of a difference of the magnetic moments in austenitic and martensitic phases. Alloys of system Ni-Mn-Sb satisfy the requirements, extending to the magnetocaloric materials, notably - a narrow hysteresis of martensitic transformations and big difference of the magnetic moments of the austenitic and martensitic phases.
