The research object is Russian-Ukrainian segment of global e-Infrastructure of permanent access to Remote Sensing scientific resources. The Project aimed to research and development of the Russian-Ukrainian Segment of Infrastructure of permanent access to scientific RS resources. The digital geospatial infrastructure is created in the project that supports permanent access to spatial data and provides effective solving of the territories' sustainable development problems. Research methods that are used in the project are: analysis of existed approaches to distributed informational architectures development that are used to process RS information; development of conception of RS, GIS and GNSS technologies integration; statistical estimation; calculating modeling. This research was conducted within the framework of the joint Ukrainian and Russian State Funds for Fundamental Research contest in 2011. The main contractor from the Ukrainian side is Scientific Centre for Aerospace Research of the Earth of the Institute of Geological Sciences of the NSA of Ukraine The main part of Report includes 3 chapters, 13 sub- chapters, 16 sections and conclusion. The Report considers conceptual bases of GIS and GPS technologies integration when developing Russian-Ukrainian segment of global e-Infrastructure of permanent access to Remote Sensing scientific resources. The model of GIS and GPS technologies integration in the e-Infrastructure was elaborated. The model of heterogeneous satellite data usage in the e-Infrastructure was offered. The results of the Project could be used when develop and improve information infrastructures for RS and other data dissemination between different organizations that solve the problems of sustainable development of territories.
