It is shown that the carbenes are added to arylidene derivatives, quinones, propansultons to form zwitterionic compounds. Benzylidene derivatives (carbene complex) of palladium chloride was synthesed to catalyze olefin metathesis reactions. The catalytic efficiency of new polymeric nickel and palladium nanocarbene complexes was found in the reduction of ketones. High catalytic efficiency of adamantyl derivatives of azolylidenes in the transesterification reaction (up to 4300 TON and TOF up to 1075 at the concentration of 0.01 mol% catalyst) was found. New efficient catalysts of transesterification reaction allows to recommend them for technology of biodiesel fuels. The synthesized catalysts of the ketone reduction can be relevant to the improvement of the known chemical and pharmaceutical industries, simplifying recovery processes in technology and improving environmental performance. Antibacterial and antifungal activities were detected of macrocyclic salts - intermediate in the synthesis of carbene complexes of transition metals on the cultures of E. coli, M. luteum, S. aureus, and fungi S. tenuis, A. niger, allowing to search for effective drugs specified action in a series of macrocyclic salts and carbene complexes.
