This allowed carry out the metallization of fullerene and obtain compound with the following ratio of fullerene/metal: C60Co0.49 and C60Fe0.125 (yield 86 and 94%, respectively). The synthesis of metallofullerenes is accompanied by partial hydrogenation of the fullerene's cage. The microstructure of the obtained iron- and cobalt-containing metallofullerenes presented by nanoparticles with spherical or quasispherical form with the size of 250-500 nm.
