To make domestic product of this kind synthetic gene coding for appropriate protein was obtained, cloned into expression vectors and overproducing strain was derived. Strain cultivation and recombinant protein synthesis conditions were optymized. Methods for bacterial cell desintegration and inclusion bodi washing were established to maximize the yield of desired product.
