The collection, which includes 49 samples of faeces were obtained from HIV / AIDS patients and 54 control samples obtained from healthy individuals and individuals with dysbiosis. The testing of the samples on the major cultures of cells (HEp-2 and RD) and an additional cell line (L-20B) established the presence in them cytopathogenic agents. By raising the reaction of viral neutralization with polyvalent antisera (polio, Coxsackie A, Coxsackie B, ECHO) conducted species identification of isolates from patients with HIV / AIDS and the control groups cytopathogenic agents. Carried out? Production of polymerase chain reaction, aimed at finding fragments of the genome of enteroviruses in submissions from individuals with HIV. It is established that patients with HIV / AIDS do not pose a risk of proliferation of intestinal viruses, particularly enteroviruses. Enteroviruses in patients with HIV / AIDS were recorded more frequently than in the control group. Investigated the survival of the isolated strains of enteroviruses in different conditions compared to laboratory strains. It is established that for enteroviruses isolated from persons with HIV and from individuals with dysbiosis, characterized by a high resistance compared with laboratory strains. Monitoring studies carried out to clarify the question of prevalence in persons with HIV / AIDS, other enteric viruses. For this purpose, first implemented in Ukraine Setting immunoassay for the determination of antigen Norfolk in the material obtained from these patients and the control groups. It is established that patients with HIV / AIDS not been an increase in the frequency of registration Norfolk viruses compared with the corresponding age groups of control groups. Electron-microscopic techniques confirmed belonging to enterovirus cytopathic isolates from persons with HIV / AIDS. It is shown that the method of making preparations for electron microscopy with the use of bentonite in the film-substrate as a carrier, it is acceptable for clinical microscopy, the material and can be recommended for electron microscopic diagnosis of enterovirus infections.
