Physica-chemical interactions on sections S-Sn P S , Sn-Sn P S , Sn Р -Sn P S , Sе-Sn P Sе , Sn-Sn P Sе , Sn Р -Sn P Sе , SnSе-Sn P Se in systems Sn-P-S(Se) was investigated by DTA and XRD methods. Concentration ranges of Sn P S (Se ) homogeneous area were established and micro-T-X diagrams of "Sn P"-"PS , "Sn P"-"PSe " sections have been built. Concentration ranges of homogeneous area of ternary chalcogenides may be used for creating of scientific bases of Sn2P2S6(Se6) crystal growth with optimal properties by varying concentrations of common components.
