The objects of investigation are formation nanorelief processes on the surface of CdTe single crystals and ZnхCd1-хTe solid solutions by chemical etching; Light emitting properties of CdTe, CdS nanocrystals and light emitting structure with CdSe/ZnS або CdSeTe/ZnS united quantum dots with antibodies, that are put on a solid substrates. The purpose of work is to develop efficient methods for the formation of nanostructured objects on the single crystals surface of А2В6semiconductors by chemical etching, colloidal synthesis of А2В6 nanosized semiconductor materials with the following incorporation in the solid matrix and investigation light-emitting properties of the obtained nanocomposites. The methods of research are profilometric and microstructural analysis, photoluminescence spectra in a wide range of temperatures (Т = 4,2-300 К) using laser excitation sources. Annotation: The method of chemical-mechanical polishing of CdTe single crystals and ZnхCd1-хTe solid solutions is developed and nanosized relief is formed on the surface by application of newly developed etchants H2O2-HBr- ethylene glycol. The influence of thermal treatment and aging on the luminescent properties of CdTe, CdS nanocrystals obtained by colloidal synthesis and characteristics of light emitting structures on their base are investigated. The bimodal size distribution CdTe nanocrystals in the polymer matrix polidialildymetylammonium chloride as a result of long exposure at room temperature, which is appeared in the photoluminescence spectra as two bands with the energy position 2,17 еВ і 2,41 еВ, was found. Non-monotonic temperature dependence of photoluminescence intensity bands through the trap states in nanocrystals CdS (increase at the temperature interval 5-150 К, decrease at Т > 150 К), because of greater probability of radiative recombination due to trap states compared to radiative recombination due to exciton states nanocrystals CdS was revealed. The value of the spectral-shift photoluminescence antibodies conjugated with CdSe(Te)/ZnS cancer quantum dots, that dried on a solid substrate, increases with the growth of molecular weight antibody and the size of quantum dot. The kinetics of increase of the spectral shift value is independent of the type of crystal substrate (Si, SiC and SiO2) and atmosphere, in which carried drying structures, but accelerated with increasing temperature at which the structure is saved.
