Kholodny Institute of Botany NASU popup.description2 Designed experimental models of energy efficient artificial lighting systems based on solid-state light sources. The installation contains panel with LED matrix, cooling system and reflective surfaces, LEDs power supplies, and control block . By using of artificial lighting on the basis of solid-state light sources defined the stimulating effect of artificial light on germination of basidiospores and growth monosporous isolates of a valuable edible mushroom Hericium erinaceus. The effect of different wavelengths light on the growth of vegetative dikaryotic mycelium of various species of edible and medicinal mushroom Pleurotus ostereatus, Lentinus edodes i Hericium erinaceus in various growing media and agar culture media was determined. The availability of the light factor in submerged cultivation biotechnology Ganoderma lucidum, Inonotus obliquus was defined. It included testing different coherent and incoherent light sources, studing those effects on growth and biomass accumulation. The influence of artificial light of different wavelengths on the growth and biosynthetic activity of edible medicinal mushrooms Morchella conica was investigated. It is developed a intensive method of biomass and edible protein obtaining by using the fotosensornyh properties of the fungus Morchella conica and energy efficient artificial lighting systems (patent applied for Ukraine and 201 114 418, 12.06.2011). New method makes it possible to improve the performance. Duration of biomass and protein synthesis is reduced by 6 days. The yield of the final product increased by 54.02% Science-based technological methods of photoregulation mycelium activity of Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricus bisporus, and the intensification of technological stages of cultivation were developed. Irradiation of the mycelial inoculum reduces dose of its submission to the substrate in at least 2 times. After irradiating seeds reduces the substrate overgrouwig period, there is abundant fruiting, productivity increases. Presowing treatment of grain spawn Agaricus bisporus has increased the yield of fruiting bodies by 10% and improve the quality of fruit bodies. The number of fruiting bodies of the fungus first grade increased to 18%. Pleurotus ostreatus yield increased by 46% Product Description popup.authors Михайлова Оксана Борисівна Поєдинок Н.Л. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
