It was investigated influence of laser radiation on basidiospores germination of H. erinaceus and growth of monocaryotic isolates, the possibility of stimulation of processis for receipt of large monocaryotic isolates quantity for selection. Laser radiation allows to increase the growth rate of monocaryotic isolates in 3 times. Our experiments allowed to determinate influence of low intensive light from different sources on growth and biomass accumulation of vycelia of different macromycetes species. Growth coefficient in experiment was in 2-3 times higher than in control variant in consequence of formation of higher and dencer mycelia. The full overgrow of substrate blocks which were inoculated radiated mycelia took place on 10-20 days earlier than in control variants of all investigated mushroom species.
