The research object is crystal-like structures and devices built on their basis. The purpose of work is development of design methods and technical decisions of high effective resonance-tunnel crystal-like structures and devices built on their basis. Research methods are development of models and computer design of resonance-tunnel crystal-like structures devices built on their basis, experimental researches of models devices descriptions. Nanoelectronic signal processing devices based on crystal-like structures are modern element base of information and telecommunication systems. The generalized impedance approach to the analysis of resonance-tunnel crystal-like structures is offered. The new methods of analysis and models of crystal-like structures and devices are developed on this basis. Advantage of impedance approach is physical evidentness, possibility of synthesis for structures with the set descriptions. The original technical decisions high effective structures and devices are developed. The models of devices are developed and their experimental researches are executed. The design technique of resonance-tunnel crystal-like devices is created. The results of R&D was implemented in the educational process in the academic disciplines, in preparation of dissertations and attestation works. The results can be applied at enterprises of radioelectronic profile (SE plant "Arsenal", Enterprise "Saturn" and others) and relevant educational institutions of Ukraine. Hypothetical assumptions about the object of study - extension of functionality, application areas and improving manufacturability.
