Typical and rare species, indicators of water pollution and of general environmental state of specific water bodies were revealed. Threat for their further growing is established. New cultures of 15 rare and indicator species were obtained and added to the collection of microalgae cultures IBASU-A. 5 species and intraspecific taxons of green and streptophytes algae were describe as new for science.
