The study of spatial structure, physico-chemical properties and investigation of the relationships "structure - activity" derived compounds. Broad range polycationic calix[4,6]arenes with choline-like ammonium groups on the upper rim macrocycle and hydrophobic groups on the lower rim were synthesized as a result of work. These calixarenes are able to self-assembling in aquatic environments and form nanosized micelles or aggregates up to 300 nm. Micelle-like particles can bind to DNA with resistance associates formed is directly proportional to the length of alkyl chains. Results can be implemented in biochemical and medical research.
