Shown that in the investigated samples, along with the size of 2.5-3.5 nm nanoparticles are present as particles of CdS Ultra small size of 1.8-1.9 nm, whose optical properties are close to the Vost nanoparticles CdS, stabilized only polyetilenimine. It is established that the introduction of impurities in the colloids polyethyleneimine CdS, stabilized with gelatin or polyvinyl alcohol, leads to an increase in photoluminescence intensity 2-3 times, and increase the average radiative lifetime of the excited state of nanoparticles CdS. Photo-stimulated flash method studied the photoluminescence properties of fluorescent nanoparticles Ultra CdS, stabilized in the mixed films of gelatin and polyethyleneimine. Shown that the luminescence arises from recombination of nonequilibrium charge carriers captured by deep traps, which are characterized by energy heterogeneity. Obtained spectra of flash stimulation of luminescence in CdS nanoparticles of near infrared light, it is shown that the amplitude varies with increasing flash energy fotostymulyatsiyi oscillation.
