The aim of the work is the search of the optimal approach to the modification of the metal nanoparticlesby low-molecular compounds. Simple method of the immobilization of biologically active molecules with many functional fragments by Cd ion selective binding of their thiogroups with carboxygroups at the surface of the modified layer of Au. Biofunctional properties of such surface architectures were studied by surface plasmon resonance methodat the example of the gluathione (GSH) immobilized at the surface of mixed (a:b from 1:100 to 1:700) thiol monolayers with terminal groups methyl/hydroxil (a) and carboxil (b) types. Investigation of the inteaction between Ag nanoparticlec and glutathione molecules carried out. Changes in the Ag absorbtion spectrum on the influence of the glutathione are demonstrates.The possibility of the interaction between modified Ag nanoparticles and GST protein is shown by SPR method. Method of the research - surface plasmon resonance. The volume of work on the stage is executed fully.
