The aim of research - the development of technique of mathematical description jf compressor cascade profiles taking into account the possibility of ones form variation. The research methods - analytical geometry methods, methods for function spline interpolation. The results obtained: the analysis of literature sources, which are dedicated to the problem of mathematical description gas-turbine engine compressor cascade blade channel surfaces, was carried out. The basic ways of such surfaces construction were reviewed. The main directions of this mathematical description problem solution were brought out as a result of analysis. The technique for the mathematical description of compressor cascade profiles was developed taking into account the possibility of ones form variation. In this technique different methods of parametric description and varying cascade profiles were implemented: coordinate-wise profile form varying; application of sectionally smooth approximations on the basis of B-splines; application of linear combination of bump functions. On the basis of developed technique the analysis of possibility of description and varying different compressor cascade profiles was carried out. The robustness of the technique was approved. The estimations of variation parameters number, which are needed for enough wise compressor profiles class description with appropriate accuracy, were brought out.
