Seed specific promoters and transport signals were cloned from Brasica napus and Arabidopsis thaliana genomes and used for creation of new plant expression constructs. Functional activities of regulatory elements and hybrid proteins were proved. Genetic transformation of model plant species with created genes resulted in regeneration of potentially transgenic plants.
