It is shown that the activity of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in created canola lines, which were grown under normal aseptic (no stress) conditions, increased in comparison with the original line. The germination of seeds obtained by self-pollination of transgenic lines with cyp11A1 gene, at elevated temperature (+26° C) accompanied by more than in controls, increasing biomass, root formation and hypocotyles greater length.
